SALESPERSONS

Please read carefully:

 The Salesperson's Exam is administered by the state of Massachusetts. To be eligible to take this test you must attend- IN PERSON, the pre-license course.

The course consists of eight (8) classes of three (3) hours in length, which satisfies the State requirement of twenty-four (24) hours of instruction necessary to take the State Exam. Tuition is $225.00 (including text). Payment options are available. Our next group of classes will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-9 p.m. May 19-22-29 June 2-5-9-12-16, 2008. BROKER

The Broker Course prepares one to take the State Broker's License Exam. Applicants must currently hold a Mass. R.E. Salesperson's license and have been actively associated with a Real Estate Broker for a minimum of one (1) year  as a salesperson for a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours per week.

The course consists of ten (10) classes of three (3) hour duration each. Tuition is $300.00 (including texts). Classes are held at our offices from 7:00-11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Interested applicants should click HERE for contact information.

            Continuing Education

All Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons who wish to maintain an "active" Real Estate License MUST complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every renewal period (2 years).

Check the expiration date on your license and go back two years from that date. You must have completed 12 hours of Continuing Education Classes with a State Approved Real Estate Instructor within that period in order to renew your license. 

Our Next Continuing Education Classes  will be Held on May 17th & 24th 2008, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., 6 hour each day. $160.00 for 12 hours.
